To assist in overall communication with our team and yours, our Coronavirus (COVID-19) cleaning procedures are broken into 4 categories to include Phase I Limited, Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, and Phase IV.

• Phase I Limited:  Proactive fogging and surface spray.  No known or suspect cases of anyone within the facility or those that facility staff have come in contact with or a facility member has traveled to an at risk area. 
• Phase I:  Proactive cleaning.  No known or suspect cases of anyone within the facility or those that the facility staff have come in contact with or a facility member has traveled to an at risk area.   
• Phase II:  Someone from the facility or someone they have come in contact with is under investigation for the Coronavirus, in quarantine, etc., but no confirmed cases at the time.
• Phase III:  Confirmed positive case of anyone within the facility or those that facility staff have come in contact with.  This person is no longer occupying the facility until they are cleared.  
• Phase IV:  Confirmed positive case of COVID-19 from anyone occupying the facility and this person cannot leave the premise due to circumstances.  Examples would include active cases at hospitals, nursing homes, etc.  We do not offer any protocols for Phase IV work and these need to be written by a 3rd party hygienist or medical personal that is familiar with Coronavirus and that person's health status.  Once written, we will review to confirm that we are comfortable performing the written protocol.
